Challenge Time cont....

Back again with another Challenge project.  This time I am entering my project into two different challenges:  the Cricut Circle Blog ~ Weekly Challenge #33 : Sweet Summertime Challenge and the Peachy Keen Stamps ~ Let's Face It Friday : Designer's Choice Challenge.

The rules for the Cricut Circle Blog ~ Weekly Challenge #33 : Sweet Summertime Challenge are: Include the shape of your favorite summertime sweet treat on your project; but that's not all...raid your stamp stash and incorporate them somewhere on your project as well.  Project must include at least 2 Cricut cuts.

The rules for the Peachy Keen Stamps ~ Let's Face It Friday : Designer's Choice Challenge are: Show your fellow Peachies your favorite faces in a project designed by you; no theme, no restrictions, just showcasing the expressions you turn to again and again.

Here is my entry:

The kraft cardstock is from Joann's.  The solid color cardstock is from Recollections.  The patterned paper in the background of the photo and the background of the card are from the Die Cuts With A View ~ Nana's Nursery : Baby Girl paper stack.  The solid popsicles and the popsicles with a bite missing are cut from the Simply Charmed ~ Cricut cartridge.

All of the SUPER CUTE faces are of course from Peachy Keen Stamps.  The face on the purple popsicle is from the PKS ~ Everyday Character Face Assortment.  The face on the yellow popsicle is from the PKS ~ Snow Cutie Face Assortment.  The face on the green popsicle is from the PKS ~ Snow Cutie Face Assortment

The face on the pink popsicle is from the PKS ~ Everyday Character Face Assortment.  The face on the blue popsicle is from the PKS ~ Everyday Character Face Assortment.  And the face on the orange popsicle is from the PKS ~ Snow Cutie Face Assortment.

If you are new to Peachy Keen Stamps and you don't yet have any....my suggestion would be to start with the Everyday Character Face Assortment.  It is definitely the one I use most often.

A few final details...the stitching around the card base and all of the popsicles is done with  my white Sakura Gelly Roll pen (they sell these at PKS!).  The brad on the yellow popsicle is from Making Memories.  The ribbon on the pink popsicle and the flower/pearl on the orange popsicle are from Michaels.  And as a little something extra...I used my colored chalks to make the cute cheeks on each Peachy popsicle face (LOL...say that five times fast).

This card is so sweet and cheerful!!  I just love it!!!  Come back tomorrow when I will have one final Challenge project that I made this past weekend.  Until then...
