My Creative Time ~ "5 Days of Christmas" : Day 5

Hello everyone!  And welcome to the "5 Days of Christmas" with My Creative Time.  This week we will be sharing with you LOTS of last minute Christmas ideas such as cards, layouts, home decor, 3D items and whatever else comes to mind that will help YOU get your juices flowing for the holiday.  There will be a giveaway each day and a winner will be announced each day!  Example, the winner of Monday will be announced on Tuesday, the winner of Tuesday will be announced on Wednesday...and so on.  You will see the different prizes each day on Emma's blog HERE.  I hope we ALL inspire you this week!

For Day 5, my theme is Teacher Gifts:

For those of you who visit my blog often, you know that I think Teachers are just the BEST people ever!!!  So here are a few little gift ideas for those special Teachers in your life.  All of the pretty papers are from the Die Cuts With A View ~ Holiday Cheer Stack.  The black cardstock is from Bazzill.

First up, what classroom/teacher doesn't need a little extra hand sanitizer?!  Well, the MCT ~ Stitched Lollipop Holder Die is the perfect size for those little hand sanitizer bottles.  To decorate the front of this one, I also used the MCT ~ Scallop & Stitched Circle Dies; as well as the the MCT ~ All Around Holidays for the sentiment and little present in the center.  The ink is Vermillion ~ Ranger Archival Ink.

And of course, what teacher couldn't use a few more pencils?!  These Christmas pencils are so fun...they are a fuzzy green and red pencils that I found at Michaels.  To decorate them, I used the MCT ~ Fun Sized Scallop Stitched Bow Die and the MCT ~ Chocolate Greetings.  The inks are Vermillion ~ Ranger Archival Ink and Cottage Ivy ~ Memento Ink.  And then I added little buttons and bows to the center.

And for the grand finale...my favorite project for the whole week...this super cute little tissue holder!!!  I cut this with my Cameo and a free file from JamieK711 Designs.  To decorate it, I started with the MCT ~ Classy Girl.  I added some MCT ~ Classy Girl & Furbaby Accessories. The "Merry Christmas" sentiment is from the MCT ~ Fun Variety on the Inside & Out.  And that label is cut with the MCT ~ Vintage Stitched Label Dies. The "Wishing you Peace, Love & Joy this holiday season." sentiment is from the MCT ~ Fun Variety on the Inside & Out.  The labels for that are cut with the MCT ~ Curly Label Die & MCT ~ Stitched Curly Label Die. At the bottom, the "I hope Santa brings you everything on your list!" sentiment is from the MCT ~ Fun Variety on the Inside & Out.  The little presents are from the MCT ~ All Around Holidays.  If you look above that, you can see the fun border that I cut with the MCT ~ Fun Stitched Edges.  Also, at the very very top, I put the negative punched out part of the edge die...and oops...it's a little crooked...but that's ok..as Emma says..there are no mistakes in paper crafting!  ;)

Well, my creative friends.  That's it for me for Day 5 of the "5 Days of Christmas".  I sure hope you have enjoyed all of my Christmas projects this week.  And I hope it has inspired you to make some fun projects of your own.  Make sure you head on over to My Creative Time to see what the rest of the Design Team has created.  And the fun is not over yet...I will be back tomorrow with some PKS/KDD/TCBJ fun!!!  See you then!

Oh my goodness, Miss Cassandra, these are simply too, too fabulous. Lucky teacher! I'm totally in love with that tissue holder. I've got to get that file and make some, too. I also have to thank you for recognizing the important job that teachers do. I know what a rewarding profession it is and how nice it is to be appreciated by the parents that entrust their children to teachers.
