Hello everyone! And welcome to the "5 Days of Christmas" with My Creative Time. This week we will be sharing with you LOTS of last minute Christmas ideas such as cards, layouts, home decor, 3D items and whatever else comes to mind that will help YOU get your juices flowing for the holiday. There will be a giveaway each day and a winner will be announced each day! Example, the winner of Monday will be announced on Tuesday, the winner of Tuesday will be announced on Wednesday...and so on. You will see the different prizes each day on Emma's blog HERE. I hope we ALL inspire you this week!
For my projects this week, I decided to do a different theme for each day. For Day 1, my theme is Candy Treats. Yum! Yum! Yum!
Aren't they all just beautiful? Not to mention yummy!!! All of the pretty patterned papers for these treats are from the Die Cuts With A View ~ Holiday Cheer Stack.
For the treat on the left, I used the MCT ~ Stitched Lollipop Holder Die. I decorated the front with the MCT ~ Fun Sized Scallop Stitched Bow Die. And in the center I added a little flower gem with a pearl in the center from my stash. Attached to that is a tag made with the MCT ~ Teeny Tag Greetings. The "From your secret santa" sentiment is from the MCT ~ Teeny Tag Holidays. The ink is Emerald Green ~ Ranger Archival Ink. For the treat on the right, I used the MCT ~ Bubblegum Treat Box Die (cutting one end off to make it stand upright). And again, I used the MCT ~ Fun Sized Scallop Stitched Bow Die, with the MCT ~ Teeny Tag Greetings. The "Happy Holidays!" sentiment is from the MCT ~ Teeny Tag Holidays. The ink Vermillion ~ Ranger Archival Ink.
Next to the Gift Card Holder Die, I think this one is my second favorite. This treat is made with the MCT ~ Treat Slider Box Die. I used the same MCT ~ Fun Sized Scallop Stitched Bow Die with the MCT ~ Teeny Tag Greetings. The "Merry Christmas" sentiment is from the MCT ~ Teeny Tag Holidays. The ink is Vermillion ~ Ranger Archival Ink. I also added some red ~ tull-eeeeee (as Emma would say..hee hee!).
Well, that's it for me for Day 1 of the "5 Days of Christmas". I hope you enjoyed my yummy Candy Treats. They are super easy to make or mass produce!!! Make sure you head on over to My Creative Time to see what the rest of the Design Team has created. I will see you all again soon...this is going to be a busy, busy week!
