My Creative Time ~ 12 Days of Christmas : Day 3

Happy Saturday everyone!  Are you ready for Day 3 of the My Creative Time ~ 12 Days of Christmas?  If you arrived here from Emma's blog, then you are headed in the right direction.  If not, then make sure your start there, because you don't want to miss a thing!

Today, I have a fun and fairly easy holiday gift idea.

I found these fun holiday take-out boxes at Michaels for only .99 cents!!!  Aren't they cute??  And they are big enough to fill with some fun holiday treats or even a small present.

I decorated all three the same, except I just changed up the color scheme.  All of the red, blue and green cardstock are from the Coredinations ~ Vintage Collection.  On the box, I used the My Creatime Time ~ XL Label Die for the piece behind the snowman.  Then I stamped the large snowman from the My Creative Time ~ All Around Accessories stamp set.  I colored him in with Prismacolor pencils and then blended with Odorless Mineral Spirits

For the tag, I used the My Creative Time ~ Scallop Die for the base and then a die from the My Creative Time ~ Build A Banner Kit for the center piece.  I stamped the small snowman with the My Creative Time ~ All Around Christmas stamp set and colored him in with Prismacolor pencils.  Then I attached the tag with Celebrate It ~ Sheer Creations ribbon in red, blue and green to match each snowman.  Here are some close up shots:

On the back of the tags, I used the "To" & "From" stamps from the My Creative Time ~ Classmate Valentines stamp set.

There you have it!  A pretty easy holiday gift box.  The only thing that takes a little time is coloring in the snowmen, but they are fairly simple too.  :)
