My Creative Time ~ 12 Days of Christmas : Day 1

Hello everyone!  Are you ready for 12 Days of Christmas?  This is going to be so much fun :)  If you arrived here from Emma's blog, then you are headed in the right direction.  If not, make sure you start there because you don't want to miss a thing!

I know that many of you are probably running around like crazy right now trying to get everything done for the holidays.  So we are hoping to inspire you with some great holiday project and gift ideas.  Whatever your experience level, whatever your budget, whatever time you have available . . . I just know that you will see tons of fun ideas from all the MCT ~ Design Team Members in the next 12 days.  So grab a cup of coffee, sit back, relax and enjoy!  Let's get the hopping started   :)

I decided to start off with a super simple and inexpensive gift idea.

These are perfect little gifts in a pinch.  They are mini bottles of holiday scented hand sanitizer gels from Bath & Body Works.  Who doesn't love something from there right?  lol  For each little treat, all I used were 3 items:  the My Creative Time ~ Stitched Lollipop Holder Die, the My Creative Time ~ Scallop Die  and ribbon.  That's it!  Quick and simple!  Here are some close up shots:

The cute peppermint patterned paper for this treat is from the Recollections ~ Sugar Plums paper stack.  The paper for the green scallop shape is from the Coredinations ~ Vintage Collection.  The red/white polka dot ribbon is from Celebrate It ~ Sheer Creations.

For this treat, the blue snowflake patterned paper is from the Die Cuts With A View ~ Winter Magic paper stack.  The ribbon is Celebrate It ~ Holiday Bow-tique.  (isn't it so pretty???)

For the last treat, the beautiful  patterned paper is from the Recollections ~ Sugar Plums paper stack.  The red scallop is just solid colored Recollections ~ cardstock.  And the green ribbon is from my stash.

That's it folks!  Super simple.  Once you pick out the color combinations, these literally just take a couple of minutes to put together.  They can be great little office gifts, especially if you have a large office.  The little holiday scented hand sanitizer gels were only 5 for $5 at Bath & Body Works!!!!  What a deal!!!  And of course you totally can't go wrong with Emma's ~ Stitched Lollipop Holder Die!  It's the best and makes treat giving so quick and easy  :)

***12 Days of Christmas Giveaway Alert***

To qualify for ALL the AMAZING giveaways for the next 12 days, you must comment on every blog in this hop!  You will have until Tuesday, Dec. 13th @ midnight to have all of your comments in.  VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE LEAVE A WAY FOR US TO CONTACT YOU IF YOU ARE ONE OF THE WINNERS!  There are some AMAZING giveaways for this special 12 day event & some SURPRISES to help celebrate "My Creative Time's" One Year Anniversary!  Yep, Emma released her 1st set of stamps one year ago!  So make sure you are tuned in because this is ONE hop you do NOT want to miss!  ;)

Your next stop in the hop is Cathryn.  In case you get lost along the way, here is the blog hop list:

Cassandra (you are here)

I will see you all back here tomorrow!  I hope you enjoy Day 1 of the 12 Days of Christmas!   Happy Holiday Hopping  :)

~Cassandra
